The 14-Day Lawn Reset

The 14-Day Lawn Reset is where new customers can start. It costs a flat $250 for a lawn up to 16,000 square feet. If the lawn doesn't look visibly better in 14 days, we redo the Reset free. If weeds aren't under control by day 45, we treat free every three weeks until they are.

How much does the 14-Day Lawn Reset cost?

The Reset is $250 flat for any lawn up to 16,000 square feet. After the Reset, regular treatment runs about $90 a month.

What happens during the Reset?

1. We test your soil. On the first visit we pull a soil sample to see what your lawn is short on, so the program fits your yard.
2. We treat. We put down the nutrition your soil needs and treat the weeds on day one. Then we walk the yard with you so you know what we found and what comes next.
3. We check the result. Most lawns look visibly better in about 14 days. If yours doesn't, we come back and redo the treatment at no charge.
4. We keep treating until the weeds are under control. If weeds aren't under control by day 45, we treat free every three weeks until they are.

What does the guarantee cover?

Will the Reset get rid of dallisgrass or nutsedge in 45 days?

Those two are among the more difficult weeds to control. For dallisgrass, Clemson's professional turf handbook describes a suppression program: two applications 30 days apart in September and October, repeated for at least one more year. Nutsedge regrows from underground tubers that can stay dormant for years. The 14-Day Reset guarantee applies: if weeds aren't under control by day 45, we treat free every three weeks until they are. Who is the Reset for?

The Reset is for homeowners with warm-season lawns (zoysia, bermuda, centipede or St. Augustine) in Irmo, Chapin, Lexington, Prosperity, Gilbert, West Columbia, Harbison and Cayce. If your lawn is thin, weedy or yellowing and you don't know why, the soil test on the first visit is the place to start.
